I built Pursuit Strategy Group because I saw a gap in how businesses are supported.


Too often, companies have strong ideas but need help turning those ideas into structured, executable growth. A new division, new market launch, partnership opportunity, or customer growth strategy cannot succeed on vision alone. It requires strategy, communication, operations, marketing, relationships, and execution moving in the same direction.


That is why Pursuit Strategy Group acquired two companies and brought strategy, public relations, and marketing together under one platform. We wanted to offer clients more than a recommendation. We wanted to help them build the path, organize the work, and lead the execution.


My approach is simple: understand the opportunity, study the market, define the strategy, align the right people, and move with discipline.
I know what it means to navigate uncertainty and still move forward. That experience shapes how I lead and how PSG walks with clients. We do not just develop plans from a distance. We work alongside our clients to help them make decisions, build momentum, and execute with confidence.

As Founder, Rodney recognized that clients needed more than advice. They needed strategy, communications, marketing, partnerships, operations, and execution working together. To build that capability, Pursuit Strategy Group acquired two complementary companies, bringing strategic advisory, public relations, and marketing under one coordinated platform.

Outside of business, he brought that same focus to the competitive offshore fishing circuit, qualifying for a national tournament within two years, earning an invitation to go pro, and nearly securing a partnership with a national boat brand. That experience reflects the preparation, performance mindset, and persistence he brings to leading Pursuit Strategy Group and supporting clients through complex growth challenges.
